Fried Chana Dal powder (Putnala pappu podi/podum)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Fried Chana Dal (Putnala pappu/Senaga pappu)
  • salt according to your taste
  • chilly powder according to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 garlic slices
Method:
  1. First Grind Fried Chana Dal to a fine soft powder. Then add all the above remaining mentioned ingredients to the Fried Chana Dal powder and grind again.
  2. It can stored for few months.
