Ingredients:
- 1 medium size Sweet Potato
- Salt according to your taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 5 to 6 drops of sunflower oil.
Method:
- Cut sweet potato into 3mm thick and 1cm long sticks.
- Take a bowl and add chopped sweet potatoes, oil, garam masala powder and salt. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place them in the grill at a temp of 220 degrees C for 15 mins.
