Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Toor Dal
  • 5 to 6 Red Chillies
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds (Dhaniya)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 10 Black Pepper balls
  • 7 to 8 Curry Leaves


Method:
  1. Grind all the above mentioned ingredients well.
  2. This powder can be stored for few months.
