Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Maida
- 1/2 cup Rava/Semolina
- 4 green chillies
- salt according to your taste
- chilly powder according to your taste
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut
- Prepare batter by adding rava, rice flour, maida and enough water. Keep the batter aside for 5 to 6 hours.
- Chop green chillies and onion.
- Now add the chopped green chillies, chopped onion, cumin seeds, grated coconut, salt, chilly powder to the batter. Check the consistency of the batter. You can add some more water if the batter is more thicker.
- Take a flat pan and keep dosa.
